Delivery
Our current timescale for most personalised items is 14 days. Knitted items are 3-4 weeks. All items will be dispatched using Royal Mail tracked delivery, and will arrive 1-2 days after dispatch.
If you require something more urgently, please do contact us as we do try to get items posted sooner.
Returns and Refunds
Plain items can be returned within 14 days. Exchange only and return postage cost must be covered by the customer.
Personalised items are non-refundable. Please ensure that you check all spelling before placing your order to ensure there are no errors.
Please note that items cannot be returned due to sizing. If you’re unsure on sizing please contact me first.
All items are non-returnable once worn/washed.

Personalisation
Please ensure that you check your personalisation selections and that all text is correct before you place your order. Unfortunately we cannot refund any personalised items. If you have a question regarding the personalisation of an item, please do contact us.
